Once you place your order, we will process your artwork and send you a digital proof for you to review. You can request changes to your artwork until you are 100% happy with your final design.

At this point, your payment becomes due and manufacturing will take between 2 - 4 business days for your order to be ready to ship. Depending on the delivery destination, your order will take between 1 - 6 business days to arrive.

Once you approve and pay for your order, it will take 2 - 4 business days to manufacture your magnets and be ready for dispatch.

The following table displays the number of delivery days for you to receive your order:
NSW 1 - 2 days (metro) or 2 - 6 days (country)
VIC 1 - 2 days (metro) or 2 - 3 days (country)
SA 1 - 2 days (metro) or 2 - 4 days (country)
QLD 2 - 3 days (metro) or 2 - 6 days (country)
TAS 2 - 4 days (metro) or 3 - 5 days (country)
WA 3 - 5 days (metro) or 4 - 7 days (country)
NT 4 - 5 days (metro) or 5 - 7 days (country)

The cost for delivery is calculated at checkout and is based on the overall weight of your order and to the destination. We only use fast and reputable couriers that ensure to get your order to you fast, fully trackable and insured.

Magnets.com.au offers credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. We do not charge any fees to use your credit card. You can also pay for your order via Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit). To keep our prices low, we do not offer trading accounts.

Yes, you are free to cancel your order at any time before your payment has been processed. There are no penalty fees applicable unless you have requested us to create or alter your artwork.

Yes. You are entitled to either a refund or reprint if Magnets.com.au have manufactured your magnets incorrectly at our fault. Any errors during the proofing stage that you have not detected and alerted us to are the responsibility of the client.

We work hard to monitor the competition and keep our prices razor-sharp, but occasionally, one might sneak under the radar. If that happens? Just give us the heads up and we will beat their lower price.

Our magnet material is commercial grade with an overall thickness of 0.7mm. It is thick, strong and firm with a quality ‘feel’. Our magnets are sealed with a clear and glossy protective film to keep them from fading and continue to look brand new year after year.

We do not offer the 0.4mm magnet as it does not support enough strength.

Yes, please contact us with your address details and we will be happy to express you a sample pack for you to feel and test our quality product range.

Definitely. All artwork is sent to you for review. You are free to request changes to your artwork until you are 100% happy before production commences.

All proofing occurs after your order has been placed. No payment is due until after artwork approval and you are ready for us to commence production.

No. Unlike most of our competitors, Magnets.com.au offer this service free of charge for all orders.

You can supply your artwork in various formats, including: .pdf, .ai, .jpg, .eps and .psd. The finished product will look it’s best if your artwork is supplied sharp and clear, generally a minimum of 300dpi.

Almost, but just like all other printers, they will never guarantee an exact colour match. If colour matching is important for your your order, please let us know beforehand and we can arrange to send you a sample before production commences.
