All our magnets are proudly Australian made and we are Australian owned.

We offer a FREE artwork service with every order.
We can use your finished artwork, modify your artwork or create artwork for you from scratch.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email asking how you would like us to handle your artwork.
If you don't have a magnet design but have a logo, an image or information you'd like us to include in the artwork, simply send it to us and we'll incorporate it into your design.
Remember, we won't begin manufacturing your magnets until you are 100% happy and approve your digital proof.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, we will process your artwork and send you a digital proof for you to review. You can request changes to your artwork until you are 100% happy with your final design.
At this point, your payment becomes due and manufacturing will take between 2 - 4 business days for your order to be ready to ship. Depending on the delivery destination, your order will take between 1 - 6 business days to arrive.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MAGNETS?
Once you approve and pay for your order, it will take 2 - 4 business days to manufacture your magnets and be ready for dispatch.
The following table displays the number of delivery days for you to receive your order:
NSW 1 - 2 days (metro) or 2 - 6 days (country)
VIC 1 - 2 days (metro) or 2 - 3 days (country)

HOW THICK ARE YOUR MAGNETS?
Our magnet material is commercial grade with an overall thickness of 0.7mm. It is thick, strong and firm with a quality ‘feel’. Our magnets are sealed with a clear and glossy protective film to keep them from fading and continue to look brand new year after year.
We do not offer the 0.4mm magnet as it does not support enough strength.
CAN I SEE A DIGITAL PROOF BEFORE MY ORDER IS MANUFACTURED?
Definitely. All artwork is sent to you for review. You are free to request changes to your artwork until you are 100% happy before production commences.
All proofing occurs after your order has been placed. No payment is due until after artwork approval and you are ready for us to commence production.
IS THERE A FEE FOR THE ARTWORK SERVICE?
No. We offer our artwork services free of charge. If you need us to create something from scratch to simply make adjustments to your own artwork, our team of high skilled graphic designers will take care of everything.
If you require multiple artworks for your order, there will be a small ‘print setup run’ fee per extra artwork.
